About Me
Janice Innes MSc, Dip NT, mANP, mNNA, mGNC, rCNHC
After experiencing my own health scare, I sought out dietary and lifestyle interventions to resolve my health. The consequential benefits and passion which followed, resulted in me studying at an award winning College in order to gain my Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I now take thorough case histories from my clients in order to identify root causes for their health concerns, leading to the preparation of a personalised plan where I offer nutritional, supplement and lifestyle guidance to enable clients to optimise their health. Functional and Nutrigenomic testing can also be arranged to dig deeper into why certain conditions may be manifesting.
Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy is based on the principle that given the right conditions, the body has an innate capacity to heal itself.

I offer Nutrigenomics DNA Testing in order to further identify what may be contributing to your health concerns. There are a variety of genes in the human genome that can be influenced by dietary and lifestyle aspects, and by undertaking test(s) appropriate to you, your unique needs can be identified. This ensures a truly individualised approach in addressing your specific concerns. There are eleven different reports available and I am able to guide you as to which ones would be most applicable, based on the detailed case taking and symptoms that you may have.
